Antelope Island

I made my first visit to Antelope Island yesterday since moving to Utah a few weeks ago. I climbed Frary Peak in an attempt to find some big horn sheep. I never found them, but it was still a beautiful climb, including the pair of bison that were waiting on the ridge near the top. Enjoy the photos.

I recently spent a week at the Missouri Photo Workshop creating videos about the photographers and editors from around the world who annually descend on one small Missouri town. Most of the videos from the week are now posted online. They range from short documentaries to conversations on the state of photojournalism to whatever strange things came up in the midst of a stressful, sleepless week.

Special thanks and credit goes to the other photographers on the multimedia team: Parker Miles Blohm, Tatiana Fernandez and Nick Michael.

Who's Behind Your Burger?

For the last several weeks, I've been working on a project to document the farmers, bakers, and ranchers who are bringing a hamburger to your table. The stories are all together now on my website where you can browse the origins of your dinner. Go take a look and enjoy.
